It all started in 1932, when Virginias began delivering cookies, nougats and chocolates from a lorry in the Tarragona area.
Little by little, we grew until our products reached all over Spain.
Our production centre was located in Reus, the factory still standing in the heart of the city today.
87 years later, tradition led us to inaugurate our workshop in Agramunt, the birthplace of the Catalan nougat.
In this same place we’ve been making, since 2019, some of our handcrafted Taller de Virginias nougats.
For all these years, we have continued to rework our products while strengthening the tradition that has watched us grow. We have also developed our more innovative side and, thanks to the collaboration of great chefs, can boast of a gourmet selection you cannot afford to miss.
Thanks to our shops in Reus and Agramunt, and other sales locations like those in Barcelona and Madrid, we bring sweetness to all households every day.
